I've never bought any online, but when I used to shop for kandy, those were the types of stores I would find it at. I usually go for the simple look though. No letters or weird shapes, just regular round beads, as long as they react to blacklite :)

Those are the best ones I found, but you are probably better off at your local store.... I didn't check the prices, so I'm not even sure if they are cheap.

Mon, October 31, 2005 - 7:40 PMi actually used to go to places like jo ann fabrics and get cool buttons as center peices. i got this one set that was old time circus themed and i made a bunch of kandi with stuff like old-time big wheel cycles as the main piece. -

Wed, November 2, 2005 - 8:39 PMI prepared a whole Kandy outfit to go see Tiesto on my birthday but then it was cancelled, I even bought all kinds of beads and jewlery on Ebay from all over the world. I'm really kinda pissed off about it too =( I wore it to a party on Halloween tho -

we stepped into our friendly neighborhood 24 hr Taboo adult shop...
While chatting with the clerk about the party... I happened to notice some 'novelties', which included a 'penis-head' bead necklace for 5 bucks!
Of course, it was a 'must have item' !!! (bought for the beads... and re-strung with 'non-raver blowout' silicone string from walmart)
[Yes! the penis beads are made with fluorescent plastic... GLOWING PENIS BEADS! YaY!!!]
